We had an excellent experience with Bentley and Keith at Robinson Brothers Plumbing! During a recent storm, a pipe burst and flooded our hot water heater. We reached out to several plumbers in Santa Ana, and thankfully, Robinson Brothers Plumbing was able to fit us in over the weekend, which was much quicker than other companies. Bentley worked diligently through the weekend to help us out. Keith was very helpful in answering my questions about insurance and was upfront about the pricing. Bentley called multiple times to keep us updated on his arrival. We are really happy with the quality of the work, and Bentley made the invoice easy to understand for our insurance claim. While he was here, I had a few questions about other plumbing issues, and he took the time to explain everything thoroughly and share his professional advice.

Their friendly technician, on his way to another job, stopped by to ensure everything was alright.
